1. Eligibility

• The Fast&Up Republic Day Sale – Leaderboard Offer (“Offer”) is open to all registered customers of www.in.fastandup.com.
• Participants must place orders using a valid and unique email ID and mobile number.
• Employees of Fast&Up, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Offer Period

• The leaderboard will run during the Republic Day Sale period, as communicated on the Fast&Up website and official brand channels.
• Only orders placed within the sale window will be considered.
• There may be minor delays in reflecting transactions on the leaderboard.
• The leaderboard displayed on the website is indicative only and subject to backend validation.

3. Leaderboard Criteria & Mechanics

• Rankings are determined based on total net order value per customer during the Offer period.
• Net order value is calculated:
• After applying discounts and coupons
• Before shipping charges
• Customers may place multiple orders; all eligible orders will be automatically aggregated using the same registered email ID and/or mobile number.
• The more you purchase, the higher your chances of ranking and winning.
• The leaderboard will refresh approximately every 15-30 minutes.

4. Winners & Rewards

• A total of 10 winners will be selected based on leaderboard rankings, from highest to lowest cumulative spend.
• The highest spender wins the biggest prize, followed by subsequent prizes in descending order.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Fast&Up reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal value, if required.

5. Order Eligibility, Cancellations & Returns

Only orders that meet all the following conditions will be eligible:

• Successfully delivered and received
• Not cancelled
• Not returned (fully or partially)

Additional conditions:

• Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded (fully or partially) will not be considered.
• If a winning order is later cancelled or refunded, the customer may be disqualified, and the next eligible participant may be selected.
• Fast&Up’s internal order records shall be considered final in case of discrepancies.

6. Tie-Breaker Clause

• In the event of a tie in total net order value between two or more participants, the winner will be determined via an internal lucky draw conducted by Fast&Up.
• The outcome of the tie-breaker shall be final and binding.

7. Winner Validation & Communication

• All leaderboard data will be internally audited and validated by the Fast&Up team before finalizing winners.
• Winners will be contacted directly via registered email ID or WhatsApp within 12–15 days after the sale ends.
• Winners will be announced only after internal verification is completed.

8. Fair Use & Anti-Fraud Policy

Any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through:

• Creation of multiple accounts
• Use of fake, duplicate, or misleading identities
• Abuse of discounts, promotions, or coupons
• Any suspicious, unfair, or fraudulent activity

will result in immediate disqualification.Fast&Up reserves the right to audit, investigate, and verify all top-ranking entries.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer identities displayed on the leaderboard will be partially masked for privacy.
• Only limited information (such as first name initial) may be shown.
• Personal data will be handled strictly in accordance with Fast&Up’s Privacy Policy

10. Right to Modify or Withdraw

Fast&Up reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions
• Pause, extend, or withdraw the Offer or leaderboard at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be updated on the website and shall be effective immediately.

11. Final Authority & Dispute Resolution

All decisions regarding eligibility, ranking, tie-breakers, rewards, and validation rest solely with Fast&Up management.

Fast&Up’s decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
