Fast&Up Reload ISO is a unique Isotonic Energy drink with a specially designed formula containing ingredients like Carbohydrates, Electrolytes, Amino acids, and also added Vitamins that gives Instant Hydration, Energy and help replenish lost electrolytes during sweat. The BCAA is added in an ideal ratio of 2:1:1 of Leucine: Isoleucine: Valine to prevent muscle fatigue. Glutamine helps in speedy recovery and vitamins help prevent muscular cramps and improve endurance.

How to use

Add 1 scoop in 500mL water, Mix well and consume during training or exercise

One of the best Isotonic drinks

I have been using this for almost 3-4 years. This is my go to drink for both pre and post workout activities. Need to shake it well for mixing, using chilled water will give great taste. Might form lumps in the packet, so need to be stored in air tight container, nothing to worry it will mix anyway in water.
