Prepaid Orders Only : Only prepaid orders qualify. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not valid for participation.

One Gift per Winner : There will be 12 unique gold coin winners in total, each receiving a 1g gold coin. Allocation will be random and announced in next 48hrs

Multiple Entries Allowed : Every valid prepaid order counts as a separate entry, subject to the maximum 12 units per customer purchase limit.

Winner Selection : Winners will be chosen through a random digital draw within 10 working days after the sale. They will be announced on official Fast&Up platforms and contacted directly through their registered details.

Third-Party Fair Play : The lucky draw will be conducted via a trusted third-party tie-up to ensure complete transparency, guaranteeing fair play for all participants.

Prize Fulfilment : Prizes will be shipped, emailed, or coordinated within 10 working days of winner announcement. In case the listed item is unavailable, a gift of equal or higher value may be substituted.

Post-Delivery Responsibility : Once prizes are dispatched or handed over, Fast&Up holds no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, delays, or issues in usage. Any concerns after delivery are solely between the winner and the respective product/service provider.

Non-Transferable : Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Any taxes, duties, or incidental costs will be borne by the winners.

Usage Rights : By participating, all customers agree that Fast&Up may use their names, photos, videos, or testimonials in marketing and promotional materials without additional compensation.

Fair Use Policy : Orders flagged as fraudulent, bulk purchases, or made via bots may be disqualified at Fast&Up’s discretion.
